EXCHANGE POLICY

Starting online EXCHANGE is easy :

  • Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to exchange and follow the instructions.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
  • Items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days.

What items are exchangeable?

  • 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 
  •  In unused and resellable items, or defective items. 
  •  In the original packaging with all the tags intact.  

What items and exceptions are non-exchangeable?  

  • Certain types of items cannot be exchanged like FINAL SALE items. 
  • Discounted items (if applicable).  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. 
  • If the purchased product is loss, or theft, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

How soon will I get my exchange?  

  • After your exchange has been processed, you will receive a notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the item to be mailed. A store credit is immediate.
